Yep - Started a playthrough in Nightmare right after I finished. Then I realized I still needed to finish RDR and ME2 lol.

That's two more times than me lol

I just can't get into RDR....that's really surprised me. Maybe I just need to spend more time on it?

the more you play, the more you find, and the missions vary a lot too. red dead has given me faith in rockstar again after the massively underwhelming GTA IV.

can't really say the same for all the foresty-ambushy-ghosty stuff that was most of alan wake in the end. lovely game technically, but ironically, the plot & character development were rather lacking. no way this could have been a whole novel come to life, maybe the opening chapter or two... unless it was written by that lame twilight chick... too much forest & not much horror or thrills

The online of RDR hasn't been that good. Thought it would be a bit more fun.

Was considering Picking up Alan Wake. People have been telling me that its a really good story. Was wondering if its worth $60

Ok well I worked out how to change the difficulty - seems you can do it via the "episodes" menu.
Means I had to start over, but I am playing on Normal now and it's much more enjoyable

That's good to know, I'm still going to finish my current play through on whatever difficultly it is set too, then If I don't get all the collectibles then I'll do it on normal.

finally got my new DLC code email, but yet to play the new content. i'm a little perturbed, to be honest. oh, and yeah, $60 is worth it for the game, any more i'd not really go for it...

anyhoo - i just finished cleansing my dirty feelings after watching the horrendous nightmare on elm street reboot, by watching wes craven's new nightmare - and to my surprise and dismay realized where i'd recognized the whole premise of alan wake - what with the author's story coming to life and whatnot - new nightmare.

they totally ripped the concept, and wrote a new character, setting, evil to replace craven's - right down to to the pages of the manuscript - in the movies case, the pages of wes' screenplay for the final 'freddy' sequel.

I've finished the third act (as far as I can remember) and there has only been one point in that act that made me jump - in the whole game. Not a complaint though, it is definately spooky, I hope I come across more soon.
