Most Knowledgeable Genre(s): First person shooters, although I dabble in various genres

Time Zone and Time when Online and on Forums on an average day? USA, Central time, on Xbox Live from around 9pm-12am. On Forums randomly during work, then from 7-9pm.

What was the main reason you had for becoming an Xbox Ambassador?

Well, I like to help people and be involved with the Community in general. For actual jobs I have been in customer service for 8 years and currently do tech support for projectors, so I like to help people with their issues. As many of you may have seen I run the Forum Floodlights for the same reason, I love community involvement and think it is fun to start seeing more of the person behind the Gamertag, same applies to Ambassadors. By helping people you begin to get a good idea of what they are like outside of CoD4 or whatever game you may be playing.

What would you consider your 'specialty' area?

Anything from games like the Halo series (See my ODST FAQ shameless plug), to most new games I usually keep up to date with what is going on. I also know a bit about technical issues and the overall layout and UI of the Dashboard. I am open to any questions and if I do not know they answer I will sure try and find out.

What would you consider is your greatest contribution to the Xbox Community?

Hands down the Forum Floodlight. I have had so much fun interviewing all the members in the past year and look forward to even more in the future. I have to thank all of you for nominating, reading, and answering the questions, as well as thank TriXie for her support in starting it up. The one year edition is coming up with a special set of interviews from a certain popular developer so stay tuned.

How do you best recommend that other gamers contact you should they ever require help in the future?

PM works great, messages on LIVE as well. I usually will replay text to most so you won’t get many voice messages, but send them to me any way.

What words of wisdom to you have to give to gamers who are keen on becoming Ambassadors later on?

Just make sure you are being helpful and nice to everyone, even those who just seem to want to flame and complain. It is very easy to flame someone back once they take a shot at you, be the bigger gamer and just kill them with kindness. Try to do things around the forum like direct people to the correct FAQs, show them where to find things, and use the reporting feature to let the mods know of any bad threads (or good threads) and you will be fine!

What do you enjoy most about the experience you have had as an Ambassador?

Just the people I have met, the rest of the Ambassadors and mods are great and help out a ton, also TriXie has been like a mother to us all. Also the forum users I have been able to help, I always feel great when I am able to get someone a good answer on their questions.
