Most Knowledgeable Genre(s): Probably racing/driving games.

Time Zone and Time when Online and on Forums on an average day? GMT, most weekdays I'm online between 1-3pm and in the evenings. Weekends I'm around in the evenings.

What was the main reason you had for becoming an Xbox Ambassador? In the time I have been using XBL I've had a lot of fun and met a lot of great people, I simply wanted to help others have that great experience. 

What would you consider your 'specialty' area?
Helping people extend their Friends Lists, get them playing with people and chatting more. XBL can be an overwhelming experience at first with voices coming from left, right and centre and some people simply need a little help coming out of their shells.

What would you consider is your greatest contribution to the Xbox Community? No idea...  This!

How do you best recommend that other gamers contact you should they ever require help in the future?
An XBL message is definitely the best option for me, voice or text is fine, I won't bite.  If sending a friends request please send a message with it just to let me know what you need help with, what games you are playing, etc.

Some might argue that many gamers still don’t know about the existence of the Ambassador program and what its goal is. Do you agree and how would you like to see information about it be put out to the Community?
I definitely agree, the Ambassador program seems to be mostly based on Xbox.com and its forums, I think it needs more publicity on the console itself, maybe a feature in Spotlight on the dashboard.

If you could provide any information on a specific genre or game, what would it be?
I don't have any tips for a specific game/genre, but with regard to XBL generally; when coming across those unpleasant types (bad language, etc), don't go down to their level, simply mute/ignore them and leave them appropriate feedback.
