Time as Xbox Ambassador: Two years as of this Fall, I believe.

Most Knowledgeable Genre(s): FPS, although I try just about any game I can get my hands on.

Time Zone and Time when Online and on Forums on an average day?
EST in the US and that depends on the time of year. We own a seasonal business and during the winter you can find me off and on 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.; during the warmer months usually after 6 p.m.

What was the main reason you had for becoming an Xbox Ambassador? I enjoy helping people on LIVE, it's something my husband and myself have done since joining.

What would you consider your 'specialty' area?
I am quite fond of Tom Clancy games, i.e.: GRAW2 & Rainbow series. Right now hugely into L4D and if you need to complete EXPERT, my husband Walnut Wil and I can usually get you through it.

What would you consider is your greatest contribution to the Xbox Community? Helping others with the above LIVE games.

How do you best recommend that other gamers contact you should they ever require help in the future? Send me a message via LIVE stating what you need.

Do you have any words of wisdom for gamers who are looking to become Ambassadors down the track?
Be helpful and respectful towards others always, even if you're not one yet. This way you can use that as a reference on how you behave on LIVE already when next they have applications for future Ambassadors.

What do you enjoy most about the experience you have had as an Ambassador? Meeting new people on LIVE and being able to help them with a problem on a game I've already completed.
