What was the main reason you had for becoming an Xbox Ambassador?Wanted to introduce new users to Xbox Live! Felt I had experience as a long time Live user and I speak a few languages. What would you consider your 'specialty' area?
I am versed on the technical side - helping users with connectivity problems, router set-up and my knowledge of various Xbox error codes and lights. I will play a game and chat with any user that makes the request.
What would you consider is your greatest contribution to the Xbox Community?
Time helping new users and helping out gamers with any knowledge I can provide.
How do you best recommend that other gamers contact you if they require some help in the future?
Xbox Live message - voice or text is your best bet.
What do you consider is the greatest misconception most gamers have towards the Xbox Ambassadors (Program)?
That we are compensated for being Ambassadors, people do not understand it is a strictly volunteer program. Some seem to think we are Microsoft employees with power over their accounts.
What is the most enjoyable 'Game with Ambassadors' or 'Community Playdate' event that you have participated in?
Any Fable II or Halo 3 dates have been memorable. I enjoyed the Left 4 Dead event - picked up the game so I could play on the 24th.
